Cherry Devoy is the first single from producer and multi-instrumentalist Kinzoogianna's solo album The Clique of '86 due for release in 2025. He's a dream, a fantasy, we ALL have a Cherry Devoy in our lives. The video includes several characters off the new album, Kinzoogianna herself, Soul-Jazz Sue & Jaeq McFaeq, Bestie Michelle, and Cherry Devoy played by the amazing UK body popper Jutsu.
Debuting the rising star 17 year old director George Duval Johnston, this video is full of funk, fun and talent, beautifully shot and choreographed even on a low independent label budget, roping in friends and family and borrowing gear. Fun fact - filmed at a school in Crouch End on the same street as the classic cult zombie film Shaun of the Dead.
